When you think about it life’s crazy,
But just think that just maybe,
You’re lucky that God woke you up this morning,
Spare a thought for the ones who are mourning,
For the ones no longer breathing,
Their hearts no longer beating,
So the next time you moan about a little problem,
You look that problem in the eye for you are fearsome,
You can’t let little things in this here life bother you,
For you never know if next time it could be you,
You can either spend your life asking yourself what if?
And no I’m not telling you to go jump off a cliff,
I’m basically saying live your life with no regrets and learn from your mistakes,
Kind of morbid, but you never even know if you’re gonna see the next day,
I’m talking about the little things like “what if I went that way instead”,
“What if I this and that get said?”
“What if I never did that or did this?”
You can spend your whole life asking yourself what if,
Or you can get up, make it happen and do it,
You can ask yourself what would happen if you go that direction,
Or you go that way and learn one of life’s many lessons,
You see life’s a game and there’s no way of no cheating,
And you’d better believe every day on earth is a blessing,
For you never know when your times gonna be up,
So show your loved ones nothing but love,
And you see the ones that don’t like you get on your knees and pray,
Pray that one day they’ll see the light and the hatred will stray,
But you just let God deal with the things you don’t like that they do,
Because you see the hatred in your heart it’ll consume you too,
Don’t worry about the little things in life just be happy and content,
Mean what you say and say exactly what you meant,
Don’t live your life with what if’s and regrets,
For you never know if you’re gonna be next,
Live each day as if it’s your last and do things you are unsure about,
For you never know when God’s gonna turn your lights out.
